Truphone has newly added inbound calling

Today Truphone added the Truphone Anywhere functionality to their iPhone application, enabling users to make international calls for as little as �0.03/$0.06 per minute even when not connected to the internet. Truphone also added inbound calling on the iPhone for the first time.
